The Route – Finance has now completed its largest, single Secured Loan raise to date, of £2.4 million. This Loan was oversubscribed by The Route Investors and reflected the strong key terms of:
- An attractive interest premium;
- The high quantity of good quality, income producing security; and
- The probable sale of one or more of the property assets to provide the repayment for the loan.
In terms of its pipeline, The Route – Finance has three Secured Loans completing their ‘due diligence’ assessment. All of these offer realisable assets as security to provide at least 150% coverage for the loan capital plus interest.
If you were unable to participate in the above £2.4 million loan, one of the new Secured Loans is expected to be available to The Route Investors within the next few weeks.
